Track Rental Fee:

$45 track rental fee per team per session due on or before the first day of practice/payable to Milton

Track Training Competition Season: November - August

A team is consist of: up to 10 athletes.

Coach Blake,

A two time Olympian medalist for Jamaica, and his team will help take your promising athlete to the next level. Coach Blake and his team provide performance level training to include speed and agility, flexibility and proper running techniques etc. They specialized in small group training, at most 8-10, for better service. Coach Blake does not believe that one method of training fits all. He separates himself by coaching the whole athlete (A Holistic Approach) from the inside out, with mentoring and inspiration to motivate and uplift athletes’ morale.

BEGINNER TRAINING:

Major Running Focus: FUNDAMENTALS 

Level One: Beginning Training Program

 

This is for the athlete with limited athletic talent but shows interest in a particular sport. Athlete will learn the basic skills, proper running technique to include running form, breathing, and flexibility, sportsmanship, teamwork, and responsibilities.

                                                                              

                                                                                 Group training at most 8 total.

Major Running Focus: MECHANICS

Level Two: Advance Training Program

 

This is for all athletes that have mastered level one and has shown improvement to move to the next level.

 At this level, coaches will look at the area of specificity and steer athlete into that direction of interest, sportsmanship, teamwork, and responsibilities.


                                                                         Group Training at most 12 total.

Major Running Focus: ADVANCE MECHANICS & EVENT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Level Three: Elite Training Program


This is for all athlete that have mastered levels one & two training. Athletes will learn good Sportsmanship.

Athletes will learn what it takes to perform at their best and the importance of setting specific goals etc., sportsmanship, teamwork, and responsibilities.

Professional Athletes: $110.00 per hour minimum three practices.

NB: All payments for performance training services are due on or before the first day of practice payable to "Dennis Blake" (check, cash or PayPal) at http://www.bronzemedal96.com/schedule-a-session

We understand on occasion there is a need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances.  Important - 12 hours cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged. Schedule your session now!  * Sessions typically last about one hour * Nutrition advise Optional.


We start with an interview, followed by an assessment, and then with a tailored training program based on athlete's athletic abilities and goals.
